Science With A Twist (SWAT) is a casual science and networking event hosted by the Indiana Academy of Science. These events bring together scientists, educators, engineers, students, and community members for informal conversations about science in a relaxed setting.
The event is typically held at the Indiana Academy of Science’s Administrative Office: Krannert Hall, 1100 W. 42nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208

You do not need to be a scientist or an IAS member to attend.

The Science & Society Committee welcomes scientists, researchers, faculty, and other experts interested in presenting at a future Science With a Twist.
Talks should be engaging and accessible to a general audience. We especially encourage speakers who can help audiences understand not only what they study, but why it matters.
