The annual academy meetings of the Indiana Academy of Science bring together 100’s of Indiana and Midwest senior and junior scientists from industry and academia, engineers, graduate and undergraduate science students, science educators from the state’s public and private high schools and middle schools, and science enthusiasts, for a full day of Indiana science. The Meeting agenda includes nearly two hundred oral and poster research presentations, hot topic presentations, and workshops and panel discussions delivered by experts from in and around Indiana and across the United States.

Event Details

The 140th Annual Academy Meeting will take place at the JW Marriott Downtown-Indianapolis on March 22, 2025, from 6:30 AM-7:00 PM. A complete agenda will be posted online closer to the event date.

We will be using the CVENT Event app for iOS and Android for the Annual Meeting agenda. Once you have registered for the meeting, you will receive a link to download and login to the event app.

Registration Information

Meeting registration is available from January 7th to March 17th, but abstract submission is only available from January 7-February 21st, 2025 February 28th, 2025.
