Bio
Bruce Kingsbury obtained his PhD at the University of California, and after a brief postdoc joined the faculty at then IPFW in 1992. He founded and directs the Environmental Resources Center at PFW, one of their Centers of Excellence. The mission of the Environmental Resources Center is to promote the understanding and conservation of our natural resources. Bruce and his students conduct research on the conservation and management of imperiled reptiles and their habitats, particularly wetlands. Bruce is also currently the President of the Academy.
